**Ihre Aufgaben**:
Als (Senior) Risk Oversight Officer (m/w/d) übernehmen Sie eine Schlüsselrolle in der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Risikomanagementprozesse. Sie sind verantwortlich für die Identifizierung, Bewertung und Überwachung von Risiken im Kapitalmarktgeschäft. Ihre Hauptaufgaben umfassen:

- Entwicklung und Implementierung von Strategien zur Risikominimierung
- Weiterentwicklung der Methodenhandbücher und dem Risk Appetite Framework
- Kontinuierliche Analyse von Markt
- und Geschäftstrends zur Früherkennung potenzieller Risiken
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung aller regulatorischen Anforderungen im Risikomanagement
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Abteilungen, um einen ganzheitlichen Überblick über die Risikolandschaft zu gewährleisten
- Beitrag zur kontinuierlichen Optimierung von Compliance
- und Governance-Prozessen

**Ihr Profil**:

- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Finanzen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Risikomanagement, idealerweise im Kapitalmarktgeschäft
- Tiefgreifende Kenntnisse der aktuellen regulatorischen Anforderungen im Finanzsektor
- Analytische Denkweise, kombiniert mit der Fähigkeit, komplexe Risikosituationen zu verstehen und zu bewerten
- Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Teamgeist
- Verhandlungssicher in Wort
- und Schrift: Deutsch
- Gut in Wort
- und Schrift: Englisch
