Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams am Standort Berlin, suchen wir in **Teilzeit **zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen **Legal Counsel / Syndikusrechtsanwalt (m/w/div)**, um im Bereich Corporate Housekeeping zu unterstützen bzw. Verantwortung zu übernehmen.
**Was fordert Dich heraus?**
- Wir arbeiten in einem rechtlich komplexen Umfeld, welches juristische Kreativität benötigt: Die Bearbeitung von Aufgabenstellungen aus allen juristischen Themenfeldern unseres Start-ups mit Schwerpunkten im Gesellschaftsrecht, Aktienrecht sowie thematischen/inhaltlichen Überschneidungen zum Versicherungsaufsichtsgesetz ist anspruchsvoll, diesen Herausforderungen stellst Du Dich aber gerne. Lösungen lassen sich häufig nicht Gesetzeskommentaren entnehmen, sondern müssen eigenständig von Dir entwickelt werden.
- Genauigkeit in der Arbeit und präzise Dokumentation sind wichtig, daher kümmerst Du dich um alle Aufgaben, die im “Corporate Housekeeping” anfallen.
- Wir haben bislang erfolgreich mehr als 80 Millionen Euro von Investoren in Finanzierungsrunden erhalten. Wir sind ambitioniert und wollen noch mehr: Du unterstützt Finanzierungsrunden der Gesellschaft.
- Gesellschaftsrecht ist kompliziert, insbesondere für Nichtjuristen. Löse es und mach es leichter:
- Du unterstützt in Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Fachabteilungen die Einhaltung der rechtlichen Vorgaben.
- Du berätst die Gesellschaft und ihre Organe wie z.B. Vorstand und Aufsichtsrat in allen Fragen des Gesellschaftsrechts und gibst Handlungsempfehlungen unter Berücksichtigung etwaiger Risikoabwägungen.
**Was macht Dich erfolgreich?**
- Du bist Volljuristin/Volljurist und hast beide Staatsexamina mit überdurchschnittlichen Ergebnissen abgeschlossen.
- Du verfügst über ein systematisches Verständnis im Gesellschaftsrecht und wendest dieses idealerweise seit mindestens 2 Jahren in einer Kanzlei oder Rechtsabteilung eines Unternehmens an.
- Du teilst dein Wissen gern und es macht Dir Spaß, Fachabteilungen komplexe rechtliche Zusammenhänge adressatengerecht zu erklären.
- Du hast eine hohe Affinität zur FinTech
- oder zur Start-up-Branche.
- Du bist in der Lage, zielorientiert für komplexe Aufgaben und Prozesse Lösungen zu finden und pragmatische Handlungsempfehlungen zu geben.
- Du bist „hands-on“ und nutzt deine Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke, um Gesprächspartner/-innen im persönlichen Gespräch mit praxisorientierten Lösungen zu überzeugen.
- Du hast muttersprachliche Deutsch
- sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse.
