As Digital Marketing Director at TUI Group, you have a unique opportunity to drive the digital marketing agenda across all our local businesses and functions. You will be working on continuous change management and business evolution to shape the group’s digital marketing strategy.

Digital marketing is central to the strategy of the TUI Group. Consequently, this role is one that focuses on class-leading practice enhancement to create world-leading Digital marketing.
ABOUT THE JOB

Responsible for driving the overall online revenue across all source markets and horizontal group assets

Leading the 5-year strategy by identifying key trends in digital marketing relevant to TUI

Identifying and leading a set of TUI Group initiatives which leverage the scale of the TUI Group and ensure and enable the effectiveness of local marketing

Ability to find digital marketing opportunity both in local approaches and common group strategy as well as to navigate the area between centralised and localised digital business practice

Ability to create progression in a multi paced multi-dimensional environment

Providing insight, support and direction in all key projects developing the Groups marketing strategy with specific reference to the development of the Group TUI brand and its development as the lead brand in all key markets

Providing Digital Marketing thought leadership for the group with deep understanding of the measurements of success in each channel as well as a holistic view of how channels work in a complementary fashion

**Market focus**: 8 major autonomous markets (UK, DE, NL, BE, Nordics) with additional consultation with horizontal group assets (Ancillaries, Airlines, Cruise lines, Hotel groups etc.)
ABOUT YOU

Experience of having led activity across 3 main digital marketing disciplines of Performance, SEO and Social in a scale environment

Exceptional customer and digital orientation

Proven ability to drive high performance and transformation when working in a matrix management organisation ideally combined with project / programme management skills

Ability to think commercially and strategically - quickly assess and quantify short
- and long-term impact of changes, deal with ambiguity and uncertainty and be able to evaluate options to meet business expectations and provide maximum value

Highly experienced in storytelling using Powerpoint and communicating high level concepts to senior stakeholders whilst also being able to delve into the detail of complex changes when required

Experience of establishing positive relationships across a business, working at Director level and the ability to build successful teams, typically without direct line management responsibility

Demonstrable experience of building consensus around change, influencing multiple stakeholders and managing conflicting agendas

Fluent in English, ability in other languages desirable but not essential (German, French & Dutch)
