Summary
For the "Finance" Area we are looking for an "Internal Auditor (f/m/d)" at the Taufkirchen site as soon as possible.
The "Internal Audit" function is located at the highest level in the "Finance" department. From a technical point of view, this assignment links the task with other central topics and thus offers short coordination paths. The advertised position involves participation in the performance of internal audits at all companies of HENSOLDT AG, with the objective of improving profitability and limiting risk factors through recommendations.
Your Tasks- Planning, organization and independent execution of internal audits, ad hoc audits and vulnerability analyses at all HENSOLDT AG companies- Independent analysis of business processes, risk assessment and evaluation of controls- Examination of risks and existing risk management systems- Evaluation of the functionality, effectiveness and adequacy of the internal management and control system (ICS)- Preparation of recommendations for improving efficiency and limiting risk potential, and monitoring of implementation- Independent preparation of audit reports with recommendations for measures as well as presentation and coordination of results / improvement measures with the management including execution of follow-ups on the implementation of measures- Participation in the permanent improvement and further development of audit methods and processes- Participation in the preparation of the annual audit plan- Contact person for the operational areas
Your Profile- Degree in business administration with relevant focus (e.g. accounting, finance)- Additional qualification as tax consultant, certified public accountant (CPA), chartered certified accountant (ACCA) or certified internal auditor (CIA) advantageous- Several years of professional experience in auditing and/or internal audits in an industrial company- Extensive experience in finance, sound understanding of internal audit standards, German Commercial Code (HGB), international financial reporting (IFRS) and internal control systems (ICS /COSO)- Know-how in professional project and process management advantageous- Excellent MS Office and very good SAP user skills- Above-average communication and assertiveness skills as well as the ability to work in a team- Ability to grasp complex issues and analyze them in a structured manner, to identify problems and to present solutions clearly and comprehensibly- Business fluent German and English skills, knowledge of French advantageous
