Meteorologist (Full-time)

Tasks
- Assess the performance of weather models by comparing them with observed data from various sources.
- Develop physics and AI/ ML based road weather models
- Work alongside data scientists to ensure meteorological insights are effectively integrated into predictive models.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of significant weather events, focusing on their broader impacts, including on mobility and logistics.
- Present meteorological findings and trends to both technical and non-technical stakeholders in a clear, accessible manner.
- Utilize Python to manage, process, and analyze large-scale weather datasets efficiently.

**Requirements**:
Requirements
- 3+ years working experience in Meteorology and with AI/ML techniques
- Masters degree in Meteorology, Climate Science, Earth Sciences, environmental engineering, etc.
- Strong experience in coding with Python
- Knowledge and prior experience in working with meteorological data
- Motivation and enjoyment of continuous learning
- Passion for gaining hand-on experience with technological projects
- Fluent in English
