Leitung (M/w/d) Regionales Category Management

Ihre Aufgaben
- Sie führen die Abteilung Regionales Category Management der Region Rhein-Main-Neckar
- Sie sind verantwortlich für die Sortimentsbildung und -ausrichtung in der Region hinsichtlich lokaler und regionaler Sortimente für EH & GH
- Sie pflegen einen intensiven Kontakt mit regionalen und lokalen Lieferanten und führen die Jahresgespräche hinsichtlich Preisen, Konditionen, Liefermengen etc.
- Sie erstellen betriebswirtschaftliche Analysen, kontrollieren den Erfolg der regionalen & lokal gelisteten Sortimente und leiten entsprechende Maßnahmen ab
- Sie arbeiten eng mit unserem Vertrieb zusammen und sind Schnittstelle zwischen zentralem CM, Regal
- & Flächenmanagement, Logistik und Region
- Sie führen Markt
- und Wettbewerbsbeobachtungen durch, erkennen Trends und entwickeln unser regionales Sortiment und unsere Strategie kontinuierlich weiter
Ihr Profil
- Sie haben ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes wirtschaftliches Studium oder eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung im Handelsumfeld
- Sie verfügen über eine ausgeprägte Leidenschaft für hochwertige Bio-Lebensmittel und eine hohe Affinität für den Einkauf im LEH
- Sie können idealerweise Erfahrung im Category Management sowie Führungserfahrung vorweisen
- Eine selbstständige & lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie organisatorische und analytische Kompetenz zeichnen Sie aus
- Teamfähigkeit, Verhandlungs
- und Koordinationsgeschick sowie ein sicheres Auftreten runden Ihr Profil ab
