Als Verstärkung unseres "Proposition Teams" suchen wir ab sofort am Standort München eine(n) Werksstudent:in (20h Teilzeit, mindestens 1 Jahr)

Deine Aufgaben
- Als Teil unseres Proposition Teams arbeitest du aktiv an der Weiterentwicklung unseres Produktangebotes für kleine Unternehmen und Privatkunden mit
- Da für uns die Bedürfnisse unserer Kunden im Mittelpunkt stehen, unterstützt du unsere Customer Insight Research
- Du führst Recherchen zu neuen Kundengruppen und Zielmärkten durch und entwickelst Ideen für die Produktentwicklung
- Du unterstützt unsere Proposition Manager:innen mit Analysen rund um unsere Neugeschäfts
- und Portfolioentwicklung und zeigst Trends und Entwicklungen auf
- Du vergleichst unsere Produkte mit den Angeboten unserer Wettbewerber
- Du suchst nach neuen Angeboten und Leistungen für unsere Hiscox Business Academy, um unsere Kunden mit neuen Mehrwerten zu begeistern

Dein Profil
- Du bist an einer Universität oder Fachhochschule eingeschrieben. Versicherungswesen, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder Consumer Science sind gern gesehen, aber keine Voraussetzung
- Du arbeitest gern selbstständig, strukturiert und zuverlässig und hast Lust, Neues zu lernen
- Du hast ein gutes Text
- und Zahlenverständnis und überzeugst mit deinem analytischen Denken
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse und bist fit im Umgang mit Microsoft Office Anwendungen (insbesondere Excel und Powerpoint)
