**The Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist to join our dynamic team. The Human Resources Generalist will play a crucial role, with a focus on administration, HR paperwork, system administration, general administration, contract management, payroll administration with support from an external tax company, time and attendance management, and KPI tracking.

**Requirements**:

- Manage HR processes, including employee onboarding, offboarding, and documentation.
- Administer HR systems and databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Provide general administrative support to the leadership team.
- Manage contract administration, including drafting, reviewing, and updating employment contracts.
- Coordinate with external tax company for payroll administration and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Oversee time and attendance tracking systems and resolve any issues or discrepancies.
- Track and analyze HR KPIs to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in HR administration, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and procedures.
- Basic knowledge of German Labor Law Regulations.
- Experience with HRIS systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Fluency in German and English is a MUST.
