The Carl Remigius Fresenius Education Group is one of the largest private and independent education companies in Germany. The Group comprises 18 brands in the fields of (vocational) colleges, universities and further education in Germany and abroad.

The roots of Carl Remigius Fresenius Education go back to 1848. In that year, Carl Remigius Fresenius founded his "Chemical Laboratory with Training Laboratory" in Wiesbaden, which later became today's Fresenius University of Applied Sciences.

Education is teamwork: around 2,500 employees from teaching, science and administration work together to ensure the educational success of tens of thousands of pupils, students and training participants. They form the basis of the success story that began in 1848 and continues to this day.

Fresenius University of Applied Sciences Heidelberg is a state-recognized university by the state of Baden-Wuerttemberg. It has been part of the Fresenius University of Applied Sciences brand network since 2017 and offers Bachelor's and Master's degree programs in the fields of business and management as well as psychology, health and social affairs. A very personal atmosphere and small study groups characterize the studies at Fresenius University of Applied Sciences Heidelberg.
