**Das erwartet Sie**:

- Übernahme des kompletten Vertriebsprozess von unseren nachhaltigen Baustoffen Ytong und Silka innerhalb der Vertriebsregion Münsterland und nördliches Ruhrgebiet
- Betreuung und Beratung der Geschäftskunden innerhalb des Vertriebsgebietes im Handel, bei Architekten, bei Bauunternehmern, bei Bauträgern und auf der Baustelle
- Realisierung der vereinbarten Vertriebsziele sowie Steigerung des Umsatzes und der Deckungsbeiträge im Vertriebsgebiet
- Kontinuierlicher Ausbau des Verkaufsgebiets durch strategische Kundenentwicklung und gezielte Akquise von potentiellen Kunden

**Das bringen Sie mit**:

- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Architektur, des Bau
- oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens oder eines vergleichbaren Studienganges, alternativ eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum/zur Baustoffkaufmann/-frau
- Leidenschaft für Vertrieb, idealerweise mit ersten Erfahrungen aus der Baubranche
- Fundiertes Fachwissen in den Bereichen Statik, Baukonstruktion und Architektur sowie eine Weiterbildung zum Energieberater
- Flexibilität, Eigenmotivation, gute Selbstorganisation sowie Teamplayer in einem offenen und interdisziplinären Team
- Kaufmännisches Verständnis, eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie Überzeugungskraft und Begeisterungsfähigkeit
