Wir sind die Experten für alle Themen rund um den Wertpapierprozess mit dem Schwerpunkt auf Middle
- & Back-Office-Prozesse. Zusammen mit und für unsere nationalen und internationalen Kunden entwickeln und begleiten wir die innovative Transformation in Hinblick auf Prozesse, Organisationen und Menschen.

**Deine Kernaufgaben bei uns**
- Du unterstützt unsere Kunden im operativen Umfeld (Tagesgeschäft) und übernimmst eigene Arbeitspakete
- Du wirkst bei der Aufnahme, Optimierung und Neugestaltung von Prozessen und der dazugehörigen Dokumentation mit
- Du kommunizierst gerne mit dem Kunden, dem Team und weiteren internen, wie auch externen Einheiten/Dienstleistern/Stakeholdern
- Du analysiert bestehende Abläufe und erstellst verschiedene Präsentationen und Reports, dabei berücksichtigst Du den Adressatenkreis

**Das solltest Du mitbringen**
- Du hast eine kaufmännische Ausbildung und kennst bestenfalls die Back-Office-Prozesse in der Wertpapierabwicklung und/oder der Fondsbuchhaltung
- Du hast mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Wertpapier
- und/oder Fonds-buchhaltungsumfeld
- Du hast eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe und kannst Dich flexibel an ein neues Umfeld anpassen
- Du schätzt und pflegst eine offene, ehrliche und wertschätzende Kommunikation
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
- Deine Arbeitsweise ist geprägt von Verbindlichkeit und Professionalität
- Du weißt, dass Du mit MS Office keine Kreuzfahrt machen kannst
- Du bist ein Teamplayer und kannst darüber hinaus auch eigenverantwortlich und selbstständig Aufgaben erfolgreich übernehmen
- Du bist im Hinblick auf Deinen Einsatzort flexibel
- Du hast Lust gemeinsam zu lachen und das Unternehmen mitzugestalten
