We are looking for a Human Resources Working Student to join our team in **Berlin**.

**YOUR MISSION**:

- Provide support for the HR team along the employee life-cycle
- Regular maintenance and update of HR systems, personnel data and HR files
- Oversee the recruiting of Interns and Working students across various departments
- Support the recruiting of full-time employees
- Promote our vacancies on relevant platforms to engage potential talent for Highsnobiety
- Assist our HR Team in the on-boarding process of new hires, keeping our HR tool up-to-date, and writing reference letters
- Support strategic projects ensuring Highsnobiety is a high performance workplace with a great company culture

**YOUR SKILLS**:

- Currently enrolled in a university program relevant to HR and motivated to support us 20h per week
- First experience in the HR field, preferably in a creative industry (music, publishing, fashion, advertising)
- Strong interpersonal skills with a high level of trustworthiness, integrity and empathy
- Strong attention to detail and love for accuracy
- Curious and eager to learn
- Fluency in English, German is a plus
- Must be based in Berlin
