Wir im Team Datenkommunikation sind zuständig für die Planung und den Betrieb der aktiven Netzwerktechnik an allen Standorten der SWM. Netzwerke und deren permanente Weiterentwicklung sind unsere Leidenschaft. Wir sind die Spezialist*innen für klassische Enterprise-Netzwerke (LAN/WLAN), Datacenter und Service-Provider Technologie in Form eines eigenen, München-weiten IP-Core-Netzwerks. Unsere modernen und hochverfügbaren Services finden nicht nur im SWM-Konzern breite Verwendung, sondern werden auch von ausgewählten Kund*innen in der Metropolregion München in Anspruch genommen. Unsere Network-Solution Architekten sind Bindeglied und 'Übersetzer' zwischen unseren Kunden und unseren Netzwerk-Spezialisten. Sie verstehen die Anforderungen aus Fachbereichen/Business und können diese in technische Lösungen übersetzen. Deren Umsetzung planen sie auf einem hohen Level, steuern diese und stehen dabei in engem Austausch mit den Technikern.

Du kannst uns gerne mitteilen, mit welcher Wochenarbeitszeit du dir vorstellen kannst, bei uns zu arbeiten. Die Mindeststundenanzahl für die Position beträgt 35 pro Woche.

Das kannst du bei uns bewegen
- Du bist hauptverantwortlich für unsere Netzwerk-Architektur und deren Weiterentwicklung
- Du bist der erste Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden bei neuen Anforderungen, erstellst die notwendigen Konzepte und begleitest deren Umsetzung fachlich und organisatorisch bis zum Übergang ins betriebliche Tagesgeschäft
- Du erstellst und überarbeitest Dokumente und Konzepte für Netzwerke unter Berücksichtigung der Richtlinien und Standards und stellst sicher, dass unsere Netzwerke zuverlässig, sicher und skalierbar funktionieren
- Die zur Umsetzung notwendigen technische Maßnahmen und Projekte führst du zuverlässig und sicher unter der Verwendung geeigneter Methoden und bist dazu mit Stakeholdern, Management, Fachbereichen und Technik im Austausch
Damit überzeugst du uns
- Du hast ein Studium mit einem Schwerpunkt in der Informationstechnologie (z.B. Wirtschafts-/Informatik, etc.) abgeschlossen oder kannst eine vergleichbare Qualifikation vorweisen und besitzt mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Netzwerk-Umfeld
- Du besitzt tiefgreifende Kenntnisse in der Architektur und im Design von komplexen IT-/Netzwerk-Infrastrukturen und verfügst über ein sehr gutes Fachwissen in Netzwerk-Technologien
- Du hast einen sehr guten Überblick über aktuelle IT-Infrastruktur Technologien, Entwicklungen und Trends, insbesondere in den Bereichen Netzwerk-Automatisierung und Software-Defined Networking
- Du überzeugst uns durch Deine langjährigen Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement sowie durch Deine guten Moderations
- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten
- Deine ausgeprägten konzeptionellen und analytischen Fähigkeiten zählen ebenso zu Deinen Stärken wie Deine schnelle Auffassungsgabe
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
