**In your role, you will be responsible for**:

- Talent Acquisition: managing the recruiting process for various roles across seniority and departments
- Collaborating with Tion’s hiring managers from various departments
- Supporting the People Team on projects and tasks related to the whole employee lifecycle
- Conducting research on various topics related to People & Culture
- Support the development and implementation of Human Resources (HR) processes
- Improving processes across the whole employee lifecycle, e.g. the areas of recruiting, on
- and offboarding, corporate benefits, feedback and performance management, learning & development, team building, and more
- Becoming a member of an experienced People & Culture team and supporting in the day-to-day business
