**Sachbearbeiter Customer Service (w/m/d)**:

**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Auftragserfassung aller Art, Monitoring und Nachbearbeitung des Auftragseingangs über alle Kanäle
- Erste/r Ansprechpartner/in 1st-Level für alle Kundenanliegen:
Annahme, Bearbeitung und Nachhalten von Reklamationen und Kundenanfragen und ggf. Weiterleitung an Fachabteilung
- Sicherstellung der vorgegebenen Abläufe, aktive Beteiligung an Prozessoptimierungen zur kontinuierlichen Steigerung der Servicequalität
- Aktive Kundenkommunikation (z.B. Kampagnen, Feiertagsbelieferung, Lieferverzögerungen)
- Bereitstellung und Versand von Kundeninformationen
- Kommunikation mit anderen Abteilungen / Niederlassungen zu Kundenanliegen

**Ihr Profil**:

- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder vergleichbare Ausbildung, vorzugsweise im Bereich Handel
- Erste Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Position, Branche von Vorteil insbesondere im Kundenservice / Kundenkontakt
- gute Computer - insbesondere MS-Office Anwenderkenntnisse (schwerpunktmäßig Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook, SharePoint)
- Ausgeprägte Kunden
- und Serviceorientierung
- Sehr gute kommunikative, rhetorische Fähigkeiten
