**Position Summary**:
Zur Verstärkung unserer Rechtsabteilung in Deutschland suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine(n)

**Volljurist(in) **/ Syndikusrechtsanwalt/-anwältin **(m/w/d), NRW - Troisdorf**

**IHRE AUFGABEN**
- Bearbeitung, Prüfung und Verhandlung von Verträgen für Kunden und Lieferanten
- Beratung des lokalen Managements sowie der Fachbereiche bei rechtlichen Fragestellungen aller Art für die Region, auch in Zusammenarbeit mit den Kollegen aus den Teams des weltweiten Headquarters in Memphis sowie des europäischen Headquarters in Hoofddorp
- Entwicklung und Überarbeitung neuer Musterverträge
- Beratung in gesellschaftsrechtlichen Angelegenheiten für die deutschen Gesellschaften
- Unterstützung bei Projekten auf nationaler und europäischer Ebene

**IHR PROFIL**
- Volljurist (m/w/d) (Prädikatsexamina erwünscht)
- Interesse und/oder Berufserfahrung im Bereich Gesellschaftsrecht, Zivil
- und Vertragsrecht im nationalem und internationalen Umfeld
- Spaß an der Zusammenarbeit und am Austausch mit Kollegen im lokalen sowie weltweiten Legal -Team ebenso wie am lösungsorientierten interdisziplinären Arbeiten
- Selbständige Arbeitsweise und ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Verhandlungsgeschick
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
