Dies ist eine spannende Gelegenheit für einen technischen Experten, der die Verantwortung für die globale Kompetenzentwicklung unserer SAS Service Division übernimmt und gestaltet. Erstellen Sie einen Lehrplan unter Verwendung alternativer Materialquellen, einschließlich Wissensaustausch und Erfahrung. Unterstützung von Initiativen zum Kompetenzaustausch, um unsere Service-Kollegen bei der Entwicklung zu unterstützen und einen praxisorientierten Ansatz zu verfolgen.

Wir suchen eine leidenschaftliche Person mit zwischenmenschlichen Fähigkeiten und einer digitalen Denkweise, die sich für die Entwicklung exzellenter technischer Supportkompetenzen für unsere Kundenzentren begeistert. Sie sind der Botschafter für die ADH-Systeme und -Lösungen der Serviceabteilung weltweit. Ihre Aufgabe ist es, dafür zu sorgen, dass Wissen integriert und an alle Kundenzentren/Techniker weitergegeben wird, um sicherzustellen, dass wir über die kompetentesten Mitarbeiter vor Ort verfügen, um Produktdienstleistungen und Kundenzufriedenheit zu gewährleisten.
Ihre Aufgabe ist es, die Verbindung zwischen R&D, Produktmanagement und Service herzustellen, um unseren Kundenzentren technische Kompetenz zu vermitteln. Dies wird von Ihnen durch Abgleichsaktivitäten, die Erstellung von Schulungsmaterial und die Organisation von Schulungen vorangetrieben, um globale Produktstrategien und lokale Wissensentwicklungen für alle Kundenzentren einzubeziehen.

Dies geschieht in Zusammenarbeit mit unseren R&D- und Produktmanagern, aber auch mit den Service Business Line Managern und Operation Managern in den verschiedenen Ländern, wobei alle modernen Schulungsmethoden eingesetzt werden und das Master Trainer Network konsolidiert wird. Wie bei vielen produktorientierten Unternehmen wird die Überarbeitung und Anpassung der Produkte ein wichtiger Schwerpunkt sein, und Sie werden dafür verantwortlich sein, die Informationen mit den neuesten technischen Supportunterlagen und der Kompetenzentwicklung auf dem neuesten Stand zu halten.

**Begeisternd - Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Unterstützung der globalen Kompetenzentwicklung für ADH-Systeme
- Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung und Erstellung von Schulungsmaterialien gemäß den World Class Trainings Service Standards in Zusammenarbeit mit der R&D-Abteilung, dem Produktmanager, dem Kundencenter, dem Anwender und dem Global Competence Development Team
- Erstellung von Handelsmaterial für unsere Servicetechniker im Customer Center
- Multiplikation der Kompetenz durch die Durchführung von Serviceschulungen für unsere Techniker in den Kundenzentren auf der ganzen Welt. (Virtuell und im Klassenzimmer)
- Kontinuierliche Aktualisierung der zugewiesenen Themen durch aktive Kommunikation mit der entsprechenden Produktgesellschaft
- Technische Beratung und Koordination für Schlüsselprojekte weltweit
- Sicherstellen, dass die Kompetenz mit der installierten Basis und den Umsatzprognosen für jedes Hub übereinstimmt
- Unterstützung der Ingenieure im Customer Center und der lokalen Trainer in Bezug auf technische Unterstützung und Entwicklung
- Durchführung von Kompetenzentwicklungsaktivitäten in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Global Competence Development Team
- Erstellen / Aufzeichnen und Entwickeln von individuellen Beurteilungen in Bezug auf
