Wir vermarkten Generika, verschreibungspflichtige Original
- und OTC-Produkte in zwölf Ländern. Damit sind wir zu einer festen Größe im Pharmamarkt gewachsen.

Zur Unterstützung unserer Abteilung Controlling suchen wir in Festanstellung am Standort Berlin zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt in Voll
- oder Teilzeit (30 - 40 Wochenstunden) einen:
**Financial Controller (m/w/d) Schwerpunkt Vertrieb**
**Ihre Aufgaben**:
- Verantwortung für das Financial-Controlling verschiedener Länder mit Schwerpunkt Vertrieb für Deutschland
- Business Partner für die Vertriebsleitungen, Marketing und Außendienst
- Weiterentwicklung und Durchführung des Reporting mit Fokus auf Deckungsbeitragsrechnung
- Erstellung von Dashboards und Harmonisierung von Daten
- Unterstützung bei Budget
- und Forecastplanung (P&L und Headcount)
- Analyse von Plan-Ist-Abweichungen und Preis-, Mengen
- und Sortimentsanalysen
- Identifizierung von Wachstumschancen und Effizienzverbesserungen, Erarbeitung von handlungsorientierten Vorschlägen zur Erreichung der Ziele
- Mitwirkung an regelmäßigen abteilungs
- und länderübergreifenden Projekten
- Überwachung von Kostenstellen und Anfertigung von dazugehörigen Berichten
- Erstellung von Gewinn
- und Verlustrechnungen, Analysen und Kommentierung von Abweichungen
**Das bringen Sie mit**:
- Betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Controlling
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im (Vertriebs-) Controlling (pharmazeutische Industrie ist ein Plus, aber kein Muss)
- Gute Kenntnisse in SAP (CO/FI) und LucaNet wünschenswert
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit BI-Systemen und deren Weiterentwicklung (QlikView / Qlik Sense) von Vorteil
- Ein sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office Programmen (insbesondere Excel) wird vorausgesetzt
- Ein hohes Maß an Team
- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Zahlenverständnis, ausgeprägte analytische und strategische Fähigkeiten; Entscheidungsfähigkeit sowie Zielorientierung, hohe Zuverlässigkeit und Ausdauer in der Detailarbeit zeichnen Sie aus
- Reisebereitschaft ist bei Bedarf erforderlich
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse (in Wort und Schrift); weitere Fremdsprachenkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
