We are currently looking for a **Data Analytics Specialist (d/f/m) **to join our team **“Digital & Analytics” **in **Hamburg-Fuhlsbüttel.**

Data & analytics today are one of the largest levers Satair has for accelerating a continuous improvement culture within the complete company. Our team has a primary focus on building self service tools, analytics, data foundations and supporting the upskilling of abilities within the functional teams to ensure the long term stability and scalability.

The team is spread across the globe, matching Satair’s operational footprint. It means working in small, multi-disciplinary teams with a focus and responsibility on delivering pragmatic solutions directly to and with the teams.

**HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE TO THE TEAM**
- Performing analysis and experiments to derive business insights
- Understanding the processes and pain points, to gather requirements, opportunities and value levers regarding data and possible use of technologies
- Clearly communicate the findings from the analysis and proactively come up and develop solutions into something actionable through automation of processes, tools, dashboards, and/or presentations
- Developing minimum viable products (MVPs) to address the business pain points
- Support departments as a coach to define data improvement plans and offer expert advice to develop MVPs

**ABOUT YOU**

Equipped with a degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or similar) paired with 3-5 years professional experience ideally in an analyst role, we are looking for a team player with the following experience, skills and mindset:

- You are a quick learner, passionate about your work and driven to get things done with a collaborative way of working
- Hands-on, pragmatic approach to building digital products (hacker/entrepreneurial mindset)
- You understand the combination of data analytics and business processes with an appetence for business/industrial problem solving
- Proficient in Python & SQL; Java would be a plus
- Demonstrated expertise in writing efficient, clean, and maintainable code
- Proven experience in working with APIs, ensuring seamless integration and data exchange
- Practical experience in implementing deep learning and other AI/ML methods
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and frameworks
- Familiarity with DevOps tools and practices
- Experience with modern cloud stacks, leveraging cloud services for scalable and efficient solution
- Strong knowledge of English, both orally and in writing
