For our Munich office, we are looking for a **scientific project lead (f/m/d) in full time **for our upcoming EIC Pathfinder project Large-Scale Magnetic Cooling (LEMON; DOI:10.3030/101161522).
**Responsibilities**:
- You manage and push challenging scientific and engineering projects
- You identify roadblocks and possible solutions, provide direction, support and motivation to project team members
- You ensure timely completion of project milestones and deliverables
- You document and present project results towards internal and external stakeholders, such as company management and team, funding agencies, and the general public
- You internalize and convey our vision in a compelling, engaging and motivating way
- You support communication and publication of project results
**Requirements**:
- You have a Ph.D. in a relevant field such as physics, engineering, or a related discipline with a specialization in low-temperature technology
- You can quickly understand technical challenges and enjoy diving into various technical areas
- You are experienced with project management and already lead a team
- You have excellent communication skills in English
- You have a proactive and self-driven attitude, with the ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
- You have self-motivation and initiative to independently structure, prioritize, tackle and complete tasks
