HR generalist (M/F/d) full-time

**Tasks**:

- Competent HR business partner for employees and supervisors for all HR and labor law issues
- Advice and support for managers in personnel planning, recruitment and personnel development
- Accompanying the managers in the implementation of the company's internal HR processes
- Developing professional and viable solutions to labor law issues
- Participation in HR projects

Qualification:

- Degree in law or business administration studies
- Several years of professional experience as an HR generalist or personnel officer in an international environment
- Very good knowledge of labour, collective bargaining and social law as well as works constitution law
- excellent English, tried and tested in practice
- Team-oriented personality with high social skills
- Affinity for technical products
- Strong customer orientation and structured way of working
