Support of existing customers in AfterSales and handling customer inquiries
- Preparation and calculation of offers as well as coordination of orders and deliveries
- Systematic handling of sales and procurement processes in the ERP system
- Communication with suppliers and customers, including obtaining and negotiating supplier offers
- Strategic selection of the best supplier offers, as well as selection of suppliers for the procurement of goods for various customer orders
- Maintenance of data, creation of reports, and ensuring quality
- Close collaboration with the Sales, Procurement, and Supply Chain Management teams
- Handling various organizational and administrative tasks
