In the context of filling the position we are looking for you at the earliest possible date as

**Senior Controller (m/w/d)** in Finnentrop

**Your tasks**:

- Creation of transparency across all departments and production as well as sales locations internationally
- Introduction of a BI tool (MS Power BI) as well as standardized reports
- Further development in the context of digitalization and automation
- Design of single and multi-year planning across all departments and locations (production, sales, investment and HR controlling)
- Planning of cost reduction programs and advising the departments on implementation
- Transfer pricing and intercompany reconciliation
- Collaboration on financing projects and leasing offers
- Advising management on all key business decisions

**Your profile**:

- Completed business studies and several years of relevant professional experience in the manufacturing industry
- Experience in modern controlling standards and technologies
- Entrepreneurial spirit and enjoyment in the further development of the department
- Cost awareness and entrepreneurial thinking
- Strong communication skills
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Success-oriented, responsible and independent way of working
- Teamplayer
