Wir suchen ab sofort Unterstützung in unserem Bereich **Medical Genomics,** der mit außergewöhnlicher

Erfahrung in Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) an der Identifizierung und Validierung neuer Biomarker im

Bereich der Krebsimmuntherapie und -diagnostik beteiligt ist. Wir arbeiten eng mit institutsinternen und
- externen Partnern aus verschiedenen Disziplinen an immer wieder neuen Ansätzen der translationalen

Forschung.

**Deine Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten**:

Durchführung molekularbiologischer Laborarbeiten wie z. B. Nukleinsäure-Extraktion, PCR, etc.

Probenvorbereitung (NGS Library Preparation) und Bedienung der NGS Plattformen (Illumina)

Eigenständige Bearbeitung klinischer Forschungsproben nach Standardarbeitsanweisungen

Datenauswertung, Dokumentation, Arbeiten mit Datenbanksystemen

Erstellung und Pflege von QS-Dokumenten

eigenverantwortliche Koordination von Projekten sowie von der allgemeinen Labororganisation

aktive Mitarbeit bei der Optimierung und Validierung neuer Prozesse und Methoden

Übernahme der Kommunikation mit externen Kollaborationspartnern

**Was du mitbringst: **

Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als BTA/MTA, Biologielaborant und/oder abgeschlossenes

naturwissenschaftliches Studium (B.Sc. u/o M.Sc.)

Berufserfahrung von mindestens einem Jahr bzw. fundierte Erfahrung im Umgang mit gängigen

molekularbiologischen Methoden

Ein ausgeprägtes Verantwortungsbewusstsein sowie eine hohe Verlässlichkeit

Eine selbständige und präzise Arbeitsweise

Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Einen versierteren Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel, Access und PowerPoint

Kenntnisse in standardisierten Arbeitsabläufen sowie der Dokumentation nach SOP sind ein Plus

Begeisterung und Neugier für die vielseitigen Tätigkeiten unseres Forschungsinstituts sowie eine ausgeprägte
