**DEINE AUFGABEN**:

- Als People Development Professional bist Du verantwortlich für die Planung, Organisation und Umsetzung von internen und externen Trainingsmaßnahmen im Rahmen unserer ATOSS Academy. Du unterstützt hier end-to-end, d. h. von der Planung bis hin zur Evaluierung der Maßnahmen und nutzt für die Betreuung SAP SuccessFactors
- Dabei identifizierst du Personalentwicklungsbedarfe und berätst unsere Führungskräfte und unsere Mitarbeiter:innen bei der Auswahl von geeigneten Maßnahmen zur persönlichen Weiterentwicklung und Karriereplanung
- Pro-aktiv baust du ein Netzwerk von externen Trainer:innen und Coaches auf und koordinierst deren Buchung bedarfsgerecht
- Darüber hinaus entwickelst und betreust du performance-orientierte People Development-Programme (u. a. Expert
- und Leadership Programme)
- Du berätst bei der (Weiter-) Entwicklung sowie Implementierung von strategischen Talentmanagement Instrumenten (z. B. Career Modell, Skill Modell)
- Durch Deine Aktivitäten hilfst Du, unseren Mitarbeitenden eine Top-Employee Experience zu bieten und uns so weiterhin als Top Employer zu etablieren

**DEINE FÄHIGKEITEN**:

- Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Studium, idealerweise mit (wirtschafts-) psychologischem Schwerpunkt
- Du bringst 3-5 Jahre Erfahrung im People Development Bereich mit und bist routiniert in der Trainingsorganisation
- Dein exzellentes Organisationstalent befähigt Dich, auch in schwierigen Situationen stets den Überblick zu behalten und pragmatische Lösungen zu finden
- Menschen sind Deine Passion und Du überzeugst mit Deiner gewinnenden Persönlichkeit und starken sowie diplomatischen Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Auf geänderte Rahmenbedingungen reagierst Du flexibel und lösungsorientiert
- Kommunikationssichere Englisch Kenntnisse und solide MS-Office Kenntnisse (insb. Excel und PowerPoint) runden Dein Portfolio ab
