- oder Teilzeit.

DEINE MISSION

Als Product Owner (w/m/d) arbeitest Du in einem interdisziplinären Feature Team eng mit Design, UX und Development zusammen, darüber hinaus baust Du Dir ein Netzwerk mit Sales, Marketing und Customer Success auf.
- Durch die Priorisierung des Backlogs und die Abstimmung mit den relevanten Stakeholdern (w/m/d) (z.B. Customer Success, Sales) treibst du die Produktentwicklung maßgeblich voran
- Mit deinem cross-funktionalen Team übersetzt Du Bedürfnisse aus dem Markt und Anforderungen der Stakeholder (w/m/d) in User Stories und setzt diese agil um
- Zusammen mit UX entwickelst Du die User Experience unserer Produkte weiter. Dazu erarbeitest Du KPIs, Nutzungskennzahlen und Erfolgskriterien und definierst Maßnahmen zu deren Verbesserung
- Die Optimierung des agilen Arbeitens (z.B. Sprint Planning) gemeinsam mit deinem Team ist für Dich eine Selbstverständlichkeit
- Bei unternehmensinternen Veranstaltungen repräsentierst du die Arbeit deines Teams (bspw. im Rahmen von Produkt-Demos)
- Darüber hinaus erwarten Dich weitere Herausforderungen aus dem Product Management, zum Beispiel arbeitest Du an der langfristigen Produktstrategie, erstellst Markteinführungspläne, lieferst Input für die Marketing-Kommunikation und unterstützt Sales bei Kundenterminen

DEINE EXPERTISE
- Du konntest bereits dem Job angemessene Berufserfahrung als Product Owner (w/m/d) sammeln
- Du kannst agile Methoden (z.B. SCRUM oder Kanban) im Arbeitsalltag praktisch anwenden
- Gestaltungsspielräume und Eigenverantwortung fordern Dich heraus
- Du bist offen für den Dialog mit Kunden und hast gute Präsentationsfähigkeiten
- Du kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch und Englisch
