**YOUR ROLE**:

- Implement BU/SBU market and product line strategies to achieve financial goals
- Conduct market research and scoping of new market potentials. identify long-term marketing opportunities, develop strategies and plans
- Accomplish portfolio analysis of market segments with customer penetration, market potential, share, profitability and competition
- Align and match market unmet needs with innovation activities; collaborate with innovation team on project status and resource allocation
- Support global SU strategies and ensures alignment with global BU/SBU strategy
- Impement global roll-out of new products and programs including communication campaign and eBusiness strategy
- Deliver customer penetration strategies and develop business models and tactics globally
- Coordinate SUs and sets cross-SU guardrails on marketing, pricing, placement etc.
- Act as the first point of contact for and steer the category and brand teams on the global and regional level
- Project lead for the strategic segments as well as innovation pipeline in collaboration with R&D, supply chain and packaging
- Create and supervise digital, social media and eCommerce communication of brands in collaboration with digital marketing manager
- Prepare presentations, innovation packages and documents for regular internal meetings and for customer center with external exposure
- Support global advertising campaigns, from agency briefing, over production preparation, to TV spots and digital videos finalization

**YOUR SKILLS**:

- Student who has successfully passed first semesters of business related studies, preferably in marketing or digital field
- Former internships in marketing and abroad experiences are beneficial
- Profound English language skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office software, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong communication skills and the ability to think analytically
- Self-discipline to take on operational and administrative tasks that provide vital support to the team
- Open minded, confident and creative personality with a positive forward-looking mindset and a “can do” attitude
- Enthusiasm for fashion, lifestyle and trends
- Availability for 6 months

We offer you an attractive salary between € 800-1960 gross per month. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
