The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As an Advanced Product Steward (M/F/*) for EMEA, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
- Leading the Product Stewardship regulatory compliance requirements for new and existing products sold within the EMEA market, communicating progress and results to cross-functional business teams and documenting in appropriate management systems. Regulations managed include, but are not limited to: Hazard Communication, Extended Producer Responsibility, WEEE/RoHS, Chemical management schemes, EU REACH, and other EMEA Permits, Licenses and Registrations._- Assisting the International Product Stewardship team in streamlining global product stewardship processes and leveraging global best practices._- Helping monitor international emerging regulations and trends and interpreting their impacts on current Solventum products._
Your Skills and Expertise- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a science or engineering discipline from an accredited institution_- Experience _in regulatory affairs or product stewardship_
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- Master’s degree or higher in a science or engineering discipline from an accredited institution_- Profound experience in regulatory affairs or product stewardship_- Regulatory affairs, scientific affairs, or business experience with Global Regulations_- Ability to work effectively in cross functional, global teams_- Demonstrated problem solving skills_- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills_- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills_
