8tree develops, produces and sells 3D scanners. Our most successful product is dentCHECK: a handheld system used to measure damage on aircraft. Our customers are airlines and maintenance companies at airports all over the world. We are a German-American startup with sister company in California.
Für unser wachsendes Team suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Technical Support (m/w/d) in Vollzeit:
- Ein/e technisch versierte/r Allrounder/in, die/der sich sowohl für digitale 3D- Messtechnik als auch für die Luftfahrt begeistert Jemand die/der sowohl Spaß am Umgang mit Menschen als auch mit Technik hat.
- Ein/e Pragmatiker/in, die/der über den Tellerrand hinausschaut und zielgerichtet die Lösung fi ndet, die es gerade braucht.
- Hands-On Mentalität
Aufgaben
- Du organisierts Produktschulungen und führst diese vor Ort bei internationalen Kunden durch.
- Du hilfst uns bei der Fertigung unserer Scanner, bei Kalibrierung und Endabnahme.
- Du arbeitest im Technischen Service mit und unterstützt unserer internationalen Kunden bei Schwierigkeiten mit unseren Produkten.
- Du nutzt unsere Scanner und führst beim Kunden vor Ort Dienstleistungsmessungen (AOG) durch.
Qualifikation
- Technischer Hintergrund (Ausbildung zum Fluggerätmechaniker/ Mechatroniker o.ä.), gerne auf Techniker Level
- Deutsche und englische Sprachkenntnisse (fl ießend) Sicherer Umgang mit gängiger Offi ce-Software (Offi ce 365)
- Pragmatismus, Auffassungsgabe, Eigeninitiative, Entscheidungsfreudigkeit, Flexibilität
- Bereitschaft zu Dienstreisen (zeitweilig bis 50%)
- Körperlich - Die Fähigkeit Arbeiten auf Gerüsten, Leitern oder anderen Geräten auszuführen, manuelle Geschicklichkeit und Kraft bei der Bedienung von 8trees Werkzeugen.
**Optional**:
- Einschlägige Vorerfahrung in der Luftfahrtindustrie/ MRO/ OEMs
- Kenntnisse in der Statistik
- Interkulturelle Kompetenz
