**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Pflege und Weiterentwicklung des Berichtswesens für die Produktprofitabilität
- Ermittlung, Analyse und Darstellung von Produktionskennzahlen sowie Extraktion und Analyse von Datensätzen aus strukturierten und unstrukturierten Datenbanken
- Erstellung von Budgetplanungen und Forecasts
- Analyse und Darstellung des Betriebsergebnisses
- Erstellung von Profitabilitätsplanungen und Investitionsrechnungen sowie von Daten
- und Controllingreports für die Fachbereiche
- Pflege und Weiterentwicklung des Controllings für die Fachbereiche
- Initiierung/Koordination von Kostenreduzierungsprojekten
- Ad hoc Analysen, Reportings und Auswertungen

**Ihr Qualifikationsprofil**:

- Abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium oder abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Weiterqualifikation Controlling
- Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position im Umfeld eines mehrstufigen Produktionsbetriebes
- Versiert im Umgang mit Kosten-, Leistungs
- und Investitionsrechnungen
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS 365 und MS Dynamics Navision sowie den Anspruch, die bevorstehende SAP Einführung erfolgreich begleiten zu wollen
- Freunde an und Verständnis für die Arbeit mit Zahlen und Daten
- Kommunikationstalent auf Deutsch und Englisch sowie Souveränität im Auftritt
- Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative, Flexibilität und intrinsischer Motivation
