**Working Student Human Resources Administration (all gender)**
Befristet auf 1 Jahr, Teilzeit, Standort Hamburg
**Was erwartet dich?**:
- Als unser:e Working Student Human Resources Administration (all gender) unterstützt du durch deine Arbeit unsere Payroll Abteilung in der vorbereitenden Gehaltsabrechnung
- Hierfür hältst du insbesondere die Daten unserer Mitarbeitenden in unseren HR-Systemen auf dem aktuellen Stand
- Darüber hinaus unterstützt du bei der Erstellung von personalrelevanten Schreiben, z.B. Arbeitszeugnisse oder Bescheinigungen
- Außerdem hilfst du dabei, unser reibungsloses Fristen
- und Dokumentenmanagement zu gewährleisten sowie bei der laufenden Prozessdokumentation
- Des Weiteren kannst du Einblicke in weitere Projekte und Tätigkeiten erhalten, indem du bspw. in Relocation Prozessen und den internen Reportings mitwirkst
**Was solltest du mitbringen?**:
- Du studierst noch mindestens ein Jahr (Wirtschafts-)Psychologie, Sozialwissenschaften, Wirtschaftswissenschaften mit Schwerpunkt Personal, oder einen vergleichbaren Studiengang
- Idealerweise konntest du bereits erste Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position sammeln, bspw. in einer Ausbildung oder einem Praktikum
- Dein Interesse an Arbeits-, Lohnsteuer-, Sozialversicherungs
- sowie Betriebsverfassungsrecht erleichtert dir deinen Einstieg bei uns
- Du zeichnest dich durch deine eigenständige, zuverlässige und detailorientierte Arbeitsweise aus
- Während des Semesters möchtest du bis zu 20 Stunden wöchentlich arbeiten und nach Absprache bis zu 38,5 Stunden in der vorlesungsfreien Zeit
