**Stellenüberblick**:
Als Fertigungssteuerer / Produktionsplaner (m/w/d) werden Sie Teil des Programm and Production Planning Teams im Werk Paderborn. Sie arbeiten an kontinuierlicher Umsetzung, Steuerung und Optimierung der Programmplanung. Mit Hilfe von internen Tools und SAP planen Sie Auftragsmengen auf ein Zeitraster ein. Zusätzlich gehört es zu den Aufgaben die betriebliche Effizienz zu steigern, Risiken frühzeitig zu erkennen und das richtige Gleichgewicht zwischen Planung und Linienaussteuerung sicherzustellen.

**Hauptaufgaben**:

- Termingerechte Koordination, Fertigstellung und Überwachung von Fertigungs-, Planaufträgen, unter Berücksichtigung der Verfügbarkeit von Material, aktuellen Durchlaufzeiten inkl. Reihenfolgeplanung für den zu verantwortenden Bereich
- Kommunikation und Terminabstimmungen mit den Fachabteilungen, einschließlich der Beschaffung, um sicherzustellen, dass die Produktionspläne mit den allgemeinen Zielen übereinstimmen
- Feinplanung, Abstimmung, Steuerung und Verfolgung von Fertigungs
- und Planaufträgen
- Durchgängige Überprüfung und Aktualisierung von Auftragseingängen, Änderungen und Verschiebung von Kundenaufträgen
- Bestätigung von Lieferterminen bzw. Weitergabe von Terminänderungen
- In Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachabteilungen stellen Sie die Pflege von terminierungs-relevanten Stammdaten / Merkmalswerten sicher
- Erarbeitung von Handlungsoptionen bei Engpässen und Störungen
- Teilnahme an Kapazitätsbesprechungen, Abstimmung von Reihenfolgeplanungen
- Unterstützung in verschiedenen Projekten, die das Programm and Production Planning Team betreffen
- Überwachung und Ergreifen von Maßnahmen für die Einhaltung von KPI‘s wie Liefertreue, Lieferfähigkeit, Produktionsplänen etc.
- Bindeglied zwischen Vertriebslogistik und Produktion

**Erforderliche Qualifikationen**:

- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Berufsausbildung, Bachelorstudium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung in ähnlicher Funktion
- Erfahrungen mit ERP-Systemen (SAP) optimalerweise mit den Modulen MM und PP
- Sehr gute MS-Office-365 Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel
- Fähigkeit, in einer schnelllebigen Umgebung zu arbeiten und mehrere Prioritäten zu verwalten
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Eigeninitiative sowie Durchsetzungsvermögen
- Hohe Zahlenaffinität, analytisches Denken und technisches Prozessverständnis
- Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
