**Umfang**:
- Vollzeit | 40 h / Woche
- Wir agieren als technische Berater für globale Player in der biopharmazeutischen Industrie als auch Start-Ups und KMUs in Mitteleuropa. Zur Erweiterung unseres Teams suchen wir engagierte Personen, die mit uns Projekte beim Kunden betreuen, Spaß am Führen und Aufbau des Teams haben und das Business Development für die MSAT-Branche in Deutschland zusammen mit dem Global Head MSAT leiten.**Das sind Deine abwechslungsreichen Aufgaben**:
- Beratung von Kunden in organisatorischen und strategischen Entwicklungsthemen im Bereich MSAT, Prozessentwicklung oder Technical Operations
- Leitung von Technologietransfers von Herstellungsprozessen (Manufacturing Process Technology Transfers)
- Leitung/Durchführung von Projekten im Bereich der Validierung von Herstell
- und Reinigungsprozessen
- Erstellung von Risikobewertungen und Kontrollstrategien im Bereich MSAT
- Unterstützung von Kunden bei Aktivitäten im Lebenszyklus von Fertigungsprozessen wie CPV, Optimierung, Untersuchung komplexer Abweichungen und Fehlerbehebung
- Kundenberatung in Bezug auf regulatorische Anforderungen
- Technische Unterstützung unserer Kunden im laufenden Betrieb, z.B. in der Qualitätssicherung oder Produktionsplanung
- Führung, Aufbau und Leitung des MSAT-Teams, sowie deren Betreuung & Entwicklung der Teammitglieder
- Zuweisung von Ressourcen und tägliche operative Koordination
- Verantwortlich für die Geschäftsentwicklungsaktivitäten in Deutschland zusammen mit dem Global Head MSAT und dem Business Development Team
- Mitwirkung an der Weiterentwicklung des bestehenden Dienstleistungsportfolios und der Entwicklung neuer Dienstleistungen

**Dein Profil**:
- Master-Abschluss oder Promotion in Biotechnologie, Biochemie,
Mikrobiologie, Bioingenieurwesen oder ähnlichem akademischem Abschluss
- Umfassende Erfahrung in Manufacturing Science and Technology; Biopharmazeutische Prozessentwicklung, Herstellung & Betrieb; Prozesscharakterisierung und Validierung und Aseptische Fertigung von Vorteil
- Wesentliche Kenntnisse im Bereich GMP und Regulatory Compliance und den wesentlichsten Vorschriften (EMA, FDA, ICH)
- Statistikgrundlagen und einschlägige Software-Tools, zusätzliche Kenntnisse z. B im Bereich DoE oder Process Performance Monitoring von Vorteil
- Grundlegende Projektmanagementfähigkeiten & Teamleitungs Erfahrung
- Gute Kommunikations
- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- & Englischkenntnisse in Wort & Schrift, sowie Reisebereitschaft
