Ihre Aufgaben
- Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung des Project Controllings (R&D, IT) sowie betriebswirtschaftliche Betreuung der Entwicklungs
- und IT-Projekte und Unterstützung interdisziplinärer Projektteams
- Durchführung von Wirtschaftlichkeitsberechnungen, Soll-Ist-Vergleichen, Abweichungsanalysen und Ad-Hoc-Auswertungen
- Koordination und Weiterentwicklung der Planungsprozesse und Erstellung der Budgets und Forecasts
- Erarbeitung und Initiierung von Maßnahmen zur Erreichung der Projektziele
- Koordination, Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung sowie Optimierung des Berichtswesens, der Kennzahlensysteme und der Reportingsysteme
- Konzeption, Weiterentwicklung und Implementierung von neuen Project Controlling-Instrumenten / Business Intelligence-Systemen

Das bringen Sie mit
- Studium in Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder Wirtschaftsinformatik mit Schwerpunkt Finanzen, Controlling oder Unternehmensführung
- Mind. 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung als Controller, Financial Analyst oder Business Analyst in einem internationalen Unternehmen, erste Erfahrung in der Koordination verschiedener Standorte wünschenswert
- IT-Kenntnisse: MS Office, vor allem Excel, ERP, Konsolidierungsoftware / Reportingtools/BI
- Fließende Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse, weitere Sprachkenntnisse sind ein Plus
