dltHub is an open-source data loading platform that gives all data users simple, low cost access to data in the company data infrastructure. dlt empowers everyone who works with data. It unlocks all developers who can code in Python. No knowledge of data engineering is required. dltHub is safe and governed for IT leadership working on any data platform. It's also sustainable for teams, automating the majority of the data engineering tasks.
dltHub is based in Berlin and New York City. It was founded by machine learning and data veterans. We are backed by Dig Ventures and many technical founders from companies such as Huggingface, Rasa, Instana, Miro, and Matillion.

**We are looking for a Working Student who would like to learn how to run and scale a tech start up by supporting our COO and Co-founder on a range of projects spanning people, finance, administration, and legal operations. If you're someone who thrives in the fast-paced environment of a small team and is excited about playing a pivotal role in shaping the day-to-day processes of an early-stage startup, then this opportunity is made for you.**
**Requirements**:
**Your task and responsibilities**:
- **IT Support**:Efficiently manage company-wide tools and inventory
- **Bookkeeping**: Assist with monthly bookkeeping tasks, including issuing invoices, managing expenses, and facilitating communication with our tax advisors in Berlin and the US
- **People ops**: Collaborate with our COO to enhance employee engagement. Support recruitment, onboarding, and off-boarding processes.
- **Legal ops**: support with legal documents and compliance tasks
- **Team Events**: Be the driving force behind planning and coordinating logistics for a wide range of events, including team retreats, social activities, marketing events, and customer workshops.
- **Manage the office**: Assist in procurement, manage contracts, and maintain positive relationships with our landlord. Ensure the office is a place everyone enjoys working from.
**Who You Are**:
- You are currently pursuing a degree at a top-tier university.
- You have 1+ years experience in similar positions ideally at a fast-paced startup
- You are well organised and pay attention to details
- You are a team player who thrives in collaborative work environments.
- You are not afraid to take initiative and work on finding solutions. No task is too small for you.
- You are comfortable using Excel and Google Sheet
- You have excellent interpersonal skills and are fluent in both German and English.
