WAS SIND IHRE AUFGABEN?
- Erarbeitung und Implementierung der Employer Branding-Strategie und dazugehöriger ‎Maßnahmen
- Content Erstellung, Aktualisierung und die Kommunikation unserer Arbeitgebermarke über alle ‎internen und externen Marketing-Kanäle hinweg
- Maßgebliche Mitwirkung an der Umsetzung der Employer Branding Strategie durch Erstellung von ‎Assets und Content für insb. digitale Formate, Social Media und unsere Karriere-Website
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Management in Bezug auf Kommunikationsthemen und Strategien
- Planung, Organisation und Durchführung von Mitarbeiterveranstaltungen, Messen und Events

WAS SIE MITBRINGEN
- Abgeschlossenes Ausbildung/Studium oder Fachwirt mit Schwerpunkt Kommunikations-‎‎/Medienwissenschaften, Journalismus oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation ‎
- Praktische Berufserfahrung im Umgang und in der Weiterentwicklung von internen und externen ‎Kommunikationsaktivitäten, insbesondere im digitalen Bereich
- Gute Kenntnisse in rechtlichen Rahmenbedingungen und einer empfängergerechten ‎Kommunikation
- Idealerweise Erfahrung im Bereich Employer Branding und Marketing ‎
- Ein hohes Maß an Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikation, Motivation, Belastbarkeit, Gründlichkeit und ‎Zuverlässigkeit
- Erfahrener Umgang mit MS Office-Tools sowie gerne auch Tools wie Adobe Photoshop
- Sehr gute Englisch-Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
