R&D Technician Special Projects & Testfield, Ardagh Metal Packaging, Europe (M/F/d)
in any Ardagh Metal location

**Role Description**:
Support & develop special R&D projects from small mock
- up series towards pilot line capacity. Assemble, adjust, and improve tooling;
- assess product quality & dimensions. Take care of testfield machinery & tooling, carry out R&D trials.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Deliver special R&D projects support as part of AMP’s R&D Team.
Provisional test tooling organisation, setup, adjustment, optimisation and documentation.
Can & End samples manufacture in cooperation with R&D team and Bonn laboratory.
Onsite supplier visits & trials, improvement of R&D tooling and machinery (teamwork).
Prepare, operate, service and maintenance of all test field equipment.
Safeguard H&S measures, instruction and follow
- up in the WTB testfield.
Analyze and interpret product and process dimensions and parameters.

**Requirements**:
Technician or similar with 5+ years experience in tooling/ equipment maintenance or production (can or end making, ideally 2 pc.).
Hands on, action
- oriented personality coupled with logical judgement.
Highly self
- supporting & willingness to travel within EU, mainly Germany.
Primary knowledge of MS- Office, CAD knowledge desirable (to support planning, reporting, ordering, archiving).
Ability to operate test field & workshop machinery including measuring & testing.
Fluent German or English language and willingness to improve.
