You will have the opportunity to drive the product line of a new, growing SaaS business, with huge career growth opportunities. We provide a suite of sales and marketing technology solutions that enable flexible workspace operators and resellers to automate workflow and drive efficiency across transactions. You will be a core driver of the design and research roadmap for both operators and resellers and will be a direct influence for success.

**What will keep you challenged**:

- Leading and mentoring Design in a cross functional team with product management and engineering to build an intuitive and impactful product suite
- Advancing the UI/UX vision, strategy, workflows and tools, guaranteeing the team performs the best and delivers a consistent and customer-centric UI/UX across our platform
- Interviewing customers and implementing design choices based on user feedback with the ultimate goal of improving the user experience
- Gathering detailed information from users through both qualitative and quantitative means
- Put users at the center of a design to make it simple, easy to use, and good looking
- Present the stages of the design development to business users
- Promoting the enhancement of the domain processes and principles, like information architecture, design systems, customer research, usability tests, design thinking, competitor analysis, relevant KPIs etc.

**Which skills/traits contribute to your success?**:

- 4+ years of professional experience in UI/UX combined with strong skills in User Research
- Expertise in the craft of design and knowledge in multiple disciplines like strategy, software product design, information architecture and creating an environment of excellent customer experiences
- Highly competent understanding of agile frameworks and the ability to lead and inspire agile ways of working
- Skilled in creating mockups in an iterative process
- Background in API’s, data products, integrations and SaaS
- Passion for technology and the digitalisation of the flexible workspace industry
- Hands-on approach to finding solutions and accepting ownership, while challenging the status quo everyday striving to improve our product suite
- Excellent presentation and communications skills in English
