Für unsere Abteilung Strategisches Family Office suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Termin einen Associate Family Officer (m/w/d).

Ihr vielfältiges Aufgabengebiet umfasst unter anderem:

- Kennenlernen der Grundsätze einer ganzheitlichen Kundenbetreuung im Rahmen der Ansätze Familiensicherheit, Familienzusammenhalt und finanzielle Freiheit
- Unterstützung eines Senior Family Officers in bestehenden Kundenbeziehungen
- sukzessive Übernahme von Family Office Kunden, dazu gehören bspw. die Übernahme des Vermögenscontrollings, die Vorbereitung von Investitionsentscheidungen und die Aufstellung von Finanzplänen
- Übernahme administrativer Tätigkeiten wie Zahlungsverkehr, Bearbeitung regulatorischer Prüfungen, Mifid-Dokumentation und PSPlus-Berichte
- Erwerb von hohem Fachwissen und exzellenten Kenntnissen in allen Anlageformen einschließlich steuerlicher Aspekte
- Möglichkeit, Wissen, Einflussfaktoren und Erfahrungen in den Bereichen liquide Vermögenswerte, Immobilien sowie direkte und indirekte Beteiligungen zu erlangen
- Zugang zu einem breiten und etablierten Netzwerk von Steuerberatern, Rechtsanwälten, Banken, Vermögensverwaltern und Private Equity Managern

**Ihr Profil**
- abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Hochschulstudium und erste relevante Berufserfahrungen im Kapitalmarkt oder in der Finanzbranche (als Praktikant, Werkstudent oder Trainee)
- alternativ anstelle eines Studiums mehrjährige Berufserfahrungen mit paralleler, fachlicher Weiterbildung
- Freude im Umgang mit Menschen und an direkter Kommunikation (verbal und schriftlich)
- hohe Kundenorientierung verbunden mit hervorragendem diplomatischem Geschick
- Belastbarkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und Flexibilität
- Fähigkeit zielorientiert und effizient zu priorisieren und diverse Aufgaben parallel zu managen
