Wir bei OUR GREENERY kombinieren innovative Technologien, gesunde Ernährung und echten Wandel. Unser Ziel ist es, jedem den Anbau von Salaten, Gemüsen & Kräutern in den eigenen vier Wänden zu ermöglichen - ohne Erde, ohne Gießen und im kompletten Prozess ohne Plastik.

OUR GREENERY ist ein Tech-Startup in Berlin und Brandenburg. Unser Hauptprodukt - der Raumgarten, eine vollautomatisierte Farm für den Innenbereich - befindet sich in der letzten Phase der Entwicklung und wird im März ausgeliefert. Unser erstes Produkt, der Tischgarten, ist voll im Markt etabliert und hat einen festen Kundenstamm, der stets wächst.

**Über die Rolle**:
Wir suchen eine hoch motivierte und unternehmerisch denkende Person, die unser Team als Founders Associate verstärkt. Als Founders Associate haben Sie die Möglichkeit, eng mit dem Gründerteam zusammenzuarbeiten und eine strategische Rolle beim Wachstum und der Entwicklung unseres Startups zu spielen. Diese Rolle ist eine, die mit deinen Skills wächst und die du selbst ausgestalten kannst. Wir öffnen dir alle Tore und Türen, um deine Aufgaben auszugestalten.

Aufgaben

**Operative Aufgaben**:
Unterstützung bei den täglichen Abläufen und Aufgaben, einschließlich Recherche von Anbietern, neuen Schlüsselpartnerschaften und Dienstleistern

Funktionsübergreifendes Stakeholder Management und Projektmanagement gemeinsam mit dem Leadership Team

Mithilfe bei der Buchhaltung

Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Marketingkampagnen, Events und Messeplanung

Mitwirkung an der Entwicklung neuer Produkte oder Funktionen

Unterstützung bei der Kundenbetreuung und -unterstützung

**Strategische Rolle**:
Zusammenarbeit mit dem Gründungsteam bei der Ermittlung und Verfolgung neuer Geschäftsmöglichkeiten

Mitwirkung an der Gesamtstrategie und Ausrichtung des Unternehmens

Beteiligung an Entscheidungsprozessen und Einbringung kreativer Lösungen und Ideen

Mitgestaltung der Kultur und der Werte des Unternehmens

Qualifikation

Was bringst du mit

Du blühst auf in schnellen, von Unternehmergeist geprägten Umgebungen

Leidenschaft für Unternehmertum und der Wunsch, etwas zu bewirken

Du weißt, dass dein eigener Erfolg auch vom Erfolg der Personen um dich herum abhängt - Teamwork über Ellenbogen

Du bist entweder derzeit eingeschriebener Werkstudent in einem relevanten Bereich (z. B. Wirtschaft, Marketing, Technik, Kommunikation) oder startest gerade in die Startup-Szene

Ausgeprägte kommunikative Fähigkeiten und motiviert die Startup-Szene in Berlin kennenzulernen

We are a startup - Multitasking-Fähigkeit und Fähigkeit, mehrere Projekte gleichzeitig zu verwalten

Sehr gute Projektmanagement
