Stellenbeschreibung

Für den Bereich Corporate Public Policy der METRO AG suchen wir eine studentische Hilfskraft im politischen Hauptstadtbüro in Berlin.

Als Bereich Corporate Public Policy der METRO AG verfolgen wir das Ziel, die zentralen Interessen und Positionen der METRO AG, der Vertriebsgesellschaften und unserer Kunden wie bspw. der Gastronomie und Hotellerie in politischen und gesellschaftlichen Diskussionen zu verankern, um das Kerngeschäft des Unternehmens zu schützen und nachhaltig zu stärken.

METRO befindet sich als international führender Lebensmittelgroßhändler inmitten gesellschaftspolitischer Entwicklungen: Die Reduktion von Plastik, Initiativen zu Tierwohl und Klimaschutz, der Digitalisierung des Handels und der Zukunft von kleinen und mittelständischen Unternehmen. Dazu suchen wir gezielt und in diversen Formaten den Austausch mit politischen und gesellschaftlichen Entscheidern.

**Was Dich erwartet**:

- Mitarbeit in Prozessen und Projekten der regionalen und nationalen Interessenvertretung im Umfeld von Handel, Gastronomie und inhabergeführten Unternehmen, Lebensmitteln, Innovation, Digitalisierung sowie Nachhaltigkeit
- Mitarbeit in Projekten der Positionierung von METRO im Stakeholderdialog bei eigenen Formaten, Sponsorings oder klassischen Bilaterals
- Selbständige Abwicklung und Betreuung von Public Policy-Projekten entlang der Policy-Klaviatur (Kommunikation in den Soziale Medien, klassischen Dialogen, eigenen Formaten, Positionspapieren, Auftragsstudien etc.)
- Einblick in und Mitarbeit an Querschnittsaufgaben eines internationalen Public Policy Teams

Qualifikationen
**Das bringst Du mit**:

- Du studierst vorzugsweise der Politikwissenschaften/ Sozialwissenschaften, der Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder der Medienwissenschaften/ Publizistik
- Interesse an aktueller Berichterstattung und Stakeholdern zu Themen des Handels, der Gastronomie und zu inhabergeführten Unternehmen
- Selbstständiges Arbeiten und die Fähigkeit, sich kurzfristig in komplexe Themengebiete einzuarbeiten
- Starker Bezug zu und Verständnis von wirtschaftlichen und politischen Fragestellungen sowie Abläufen
- Routinierter Umgang mit diversen Social-Media-Kanälen
- Hohes Maß an Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Leidenschaft für adressatengerechte Ansprache
- Sicherer Umgang in Wort und Schrift (sehr gute Kenntnisse in Deutsch/ Englisch; weitere Sprachen hilfreich)
- Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Office
- und Teams-Anwendungen
