Wir bei IBA Dosimetry sind weltweit die Nummer eins für Dosimetry-Systeme in der Krebstherapie sowie in der diagnostischen Bildgebung. Unsere tägliche Mission ist es, im Kampf gegen Krebs das Leben der Patienten zu schützen, zu verlängern und zu verbessern.

Aufgaben

**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Planen und Durchführen von täglichen Aktivitäten im Kalibrierlabor in Übereinstimmung mit den angewandten Qualiäts
- und Sicherheitsbestimmungen
- Koordination von Reparatur-, Wartungs
- und Kalibrieraufträgen
- Kontrolle und Sicherstellung der Ersatzteilbestände
- Fehleranalysen und Reparaturen an Medizinprodukten am Standort
- Analysen, Beurteilungen und fachgerechte Dokumentation von Servicevorgängen
- Zusammenarbeit mit Kollegen innerhalb der globalen Service Organisation und mit weiteren Abteilungen per Telefon, E-Mail und persönlich
- Umsetzung und/ oder Unterstützung bei Verbesserungen von Arbeitsabläufen
- Mitwirkung bei Produktweiterentwicklungs
- und Qualitätssicherungsmaßnahmen
- Interne und externe Produkt
- und Prozessschulungen einschließlich Dokumentation
- Inventurzählung

Qualifikation

**Ihr Profil**:

- Eine technische Ausbildung im Bereich der Elektronik oder Mechatronik. Alternativ auch eine kaufmännische Ausbildung mit hohem technischem Verständnis
- Eine ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung und Servicementalität
- Eine selbständige, verantwortungsbewusste und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie ein hohes Maß an Problemlösungs
- und Teamfähigkeit
- Gutes Organisations
- und Kommunikationsgeschick und bereichsübergreifendes Denken und Handeln
- Sicherer Umgang mit Software und IT-Systemen (Ticketsystem, ERP, MS- Office, MS-Teams)
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit Datenbanken und Beschwerde-Management-Systemen
- Bereitschaft zur ständigen persönlichen und fachlichen Weiterentwicklung
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
