**What will you do**
- Unterstützung des Regulatory Affairs Teams (D/AT/CH) in den Bereichen Arzneimittelzulassung sowie Compliance für Kosmetikprodukte und Bedarfsgegenstände
- Unterstützung bei der Pflege der Zulassungen von Arzneimitteln, inkl. der Vorbereitung und Einreichung von Änderungsanzeigen bei den lokalen Behörden (BfArM, AGES, Swissmedic)
- Vorprüfung von Arzneimittelprodukttexten (Fachinformation/Patienteninformation) und -verpackungen basierend auf den von den Behörden genehmigten Textmanuskripten
- Eingabe und Aktualisierung von regulatorischen Produktdaten in verschiedenen, firmeninternen Datensystemen
- Recherchetätigkeiten in branchenüblichen Datenbanken und dem Internet

Qualifications

**What we are looking for**
- Abgeschlossenes Vordiplom oder z.B. ein abgeschlossenes 3. Semester bei einem Bachelor Studiengang einer naturwissenschaftlichen Fachrichtung wie z.B. Biologie, Lebensmittelchemie, Pharmazie oder Chemie - Grundvoraussetzung: Immatrikulation über die komplette Werkstudentenzeit hinweg
- Interesse an der Arzneimittelzulassung
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Sorgfältige und detailorientierte Arbeitsweise mit einer guten Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Zuverlässiger Umgang mit sensiblen Daten
- Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen MS-Office Programmen (spez. Excel, Word) und dem Internet
