Tasks
Includes, but not limited to...
- Draft an instructions manual for FEV employees on how to populate our tracking tool properly; introduce tips for checking most common errors
- Replace Excel files currently filled manually with queries from the portfolio tracking and reporting tool
- Create a reporting template with selected KPIs that can be automatically extracted from the tool
- Generate analytics out of FEV’s portfolio data
- Go through investment data and KPIs of all portfolio companies to ensure FEV’s portfolio tracking and reporting tool is populated with true data and in a consistent format
