In dieser Position werden Sie das Team der Medical Scientific Liaisons (MSL, medizinisch - wissenschaftlicher Außendienst) leiten, um die wissenschaftliche Strategie im Bereich Immunologie zu unterstützen. Dazu gehört unter anderem die Selektion, die Einarbeitung und die fachliche Schulung neuer Mitarbeiter sowie die Weiterentwicklung bestehender Teammitglieder sowie die Abstimmung der MSL-Strategie mit der Markenstrategie und die Umsetzung dieser Strategie und ihrer Ziele.
- Leitung und Verantwortung für das feldbasierte Medical Science Liaison Team
- Auswahl neuer Mitarbeiter sowie deren Onboarding, Upskilling und Coaching
- Crossfunktionale Abstimmung und Umsetzung der MSL-Strategie,
- Bereitstellung medizinisch-wissenschaftlicher Fachexpertise bei Fragestellungen zu Indikationsbereich und Produkt
- Entwicklung des MSL-Teams im Einklang mit der medizinischen Strategie und Erreichung der für das Team festgelegten Ziele
- Verantwortlich für den Aufbau stabiler Beziehungen zu sowie die Begleitung von Kunden
- Aggregation und Auswertung relevanter Erkenntnisse aus dem Feld hinsichtlich der klinischen Praxis, der Patienten Journey und der Forschungsentwicklungen sowie Kommunikation/Präsentation dieser an lokale und globale Medical Affairs Teams. Dabei greift er/sie auf die im Studium erlernten Wissensbereiche zu: u.a. Innere Medizin, Physiologie, Onkologie, Pharmakologie, Pathogenese, Diagnose und Therapie von hämatologischen und onkologischen Erkrankungen und Arzneimittelwesen.
- Aktive funktionsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit auf lokaler und globaler Ebene

Anforderungen

Ausbildung & Berufserfahrung
- Abgeschlossener naturwissenschaftlicher Hochschulabschluss sowie eine hohe medizinisch-wissenschaftliche Kompetenz im Bereich der Immunologie (Dermatologie, Gastroenterologie und/oder Rheumatologie)
- Mind. 3+ Jahre Erfahrung in der Führung von Teams
- Erfahrung im Aufbau und Pflege belastbarer Beziehungen zu medizinischen Meinungsbildnern und Netzwerken
- Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit, insbesondere bei der Präsentation komplexer wissenschaftlicher Sachverhalte für verschiedene Stakeholder
