**Job Description Summary**: Als EHS-Trainee (M/F/d) arbeitest du eng mit deinem zugewiesenen EHS-Manager zusammen. Das Hauptziel ist, die EHS-Abteilung bei Entwicklung und Wachstum des EHS-Management-Systems sowie der Sicherheitskultur zu unterstützen. Du wirst die Möglichkeit haben, bestimmte Projekte zu entwickeln und zu gestalten, wobei die Fähigkeit zur Teamarbeit gefragt ist. Die Identifizierung von Problempunkten und Entwicklung von Lösungsansätzen im Bereich des Arbeit
- und Umweltschutzes gehören zum Tagesgeschäft genauso, wie die Kommunikation mit anderen regionalen Teams.

Dieses Traineeship ist auf 24 Monate begrenzt, mit guter Aussicht, danach in eine dauerhafte Anstellung bei GE Healthcare übernommen zu werden.

**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Durchführung von Umwelt-, Arbeits
- und Gesundheitsschutzinspektionen an Standorten von GE HealthCare, aber auch an Kundenstandorten (Audits).
- Unterstützung bei der Erfüllung von Kennzahlen in den Bereichen des Umwelt-, Arbeits
- und Gesundheitsschutzes, sowie des Energiemanagements. (EHS)
- Administration von Anwendungen und Applikationen, beispielsweise für Trainings, Unfallanalysen oder auch Inspektionen.
- Organisationen von Trainings und Unterweisungen
- Umsetzung von Sicherheits
- und Notfallplänen -und Prozeduren
- Mitwirken an internen und externen Audits; Aufrechterhaltung von Zertifizierungen in den Normen ISO 14001, ISO 45001 und ISO 50001
- Review und Nachbearbeitung von gesetzlichen Anforderungen
- Andere technische und allgemeine Aufgaben nach Bedarf und auf Anfrage zur Unterstützung der EHS-Abteilung.

**Ihr Profil**:
**Qualifikation und Erfahrung**:

- Bachelor-Abschluss im Gesundheitwesen, Sicherheitstechnik oder Umweltmanagement
- Gute technische Fähigkeiten mit einem systematischen und gründlichen Ansatz zur Problemlösung
- Fließende Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch
- Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Englisch
- Solide Anwenderkenntnisse in MS Office

**Wünschenswerte Fähigkeiten**:

- Nachgewiesene Fähigkeit zu effektiven Kommunikation
- Erste Erfahrungen im Bereich des Arbeitsschutzes
- Gut geübte organisatorische Fähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, zu planen und Fristen einzuhalten
- Methodenkompetenz
- Teamgeist, Engagement und Flexibilität
