Our client is a digital partner with a base in Europe. They focus on sustainable digital value generation and serve a variety of major and mid-sized businesses, including Amazon, Munich RE, and more than 50 global private equity companies. Due to their high level of selection, they only have 200 employees at the moment, but they are currently in a strong growth period and seeking to add 300 people as soon as feasible. Their specialised team of professionals, which consists only of the best brains, has grown as a result of projects they have landed with global industrial giants.

**Enterprise Service Architect**

**What to expect**:

- An expert in digital services who is deeply curious about and passionate about implementing difficult software solutions
- Deep expertise in systems like CRM, CMS, Marketing Automation, and Customer Portals that are relevant to sales, marketing, and commerce
- A thorough knowledge of the relationships between sales, marketing, and customer service, as well as the ability to find digital solutions
- Maintain a customer-centric mindset and a constant desire to provide clients with a bonus.
- Be in charge of all aspects of the service process (project planning, implementation, testing, roll-out management, training and maintenance)
- Intensive interaction between client-side and internal OMMAX enterprise and solution architects
- The capacity to listen, comprehend the objectives and problems of our clients, and translate the recognised needs into a thorough service architecture.
- Being able to speak in a technical and business language and having the ability to deconstruct problems into their logical components
- Create holistic solution concepts, plan for them, and aid in their implementation.
- Ensure that the measurement concepts are accompanied by the legal limits while also measuring and optimising the actions of clients.

**Personal Requirements**:

- Outstanding academic standing and a university degree in business, business informatics, or a comparable field (Master degree or MBA are of advantage)
- 5+ years of expertise in various industries building and executing digital service processes
- Solid expertise in handling procedures and service solutions
- Possessing relevant qualifications is advantageous.
- Willingness to delve deeply into the intricate service environments of various clients
- Approach that is organised, pro-active, and data-driven together with a high level of self-motivation
- You assume accountability for your performance, growth, and eagerness to take on new challenges.
- Fluent in both German and English
