Internship - Makers Garage (Lot Embedded)

Your tasks

The Makers Garage at our location Hannover-Stöcken is in charge of bringing ideas to life, by building the products in a modern lab and in an agile way.

Within this exciting work environment, we are offering an internship position starting as soon as possible. For the best learning experience possible, the internship should require a duration of 4-6 months.

The tasks include:

- Developing prototypes to demonstrate the feasibility and functionality of concepts
- Engaging with current technology trends and relevant academic research, as well as exchange ideas among experts and team members
- Designing and developing embedded systems to connect IoT devices with sensors, actuators and cloud services

**Profile**:

- Students (M/F/diverse) that study Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Science, Embedded Automation or similar
- First experience in programming with C/C++/C# for embedded systems, microcontrollers such as Arduino, Raspberry Pi or others (Python, Java etc.)
- Initial experience with the development of mechanical, electronic or software solutions in the field of IoT
- Initial experience with Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services desirable
- Confident handling of MS Office-programs
- Fluent English language skills and basic knowledge of German language
- Strong team spirit, analytical thinking skills and an open mindset
