**Your tasks**:
Zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt suchen wir Dich als Airfreight Professional (w/m/d) im Bereich Administration / Controlling für die DB Schenker am Standort Stuttgart.

**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Du prüfst und buchst Eingangsrechnungen sowie die monatlichen CASS-Abrechnungen und klärst Differenzen auf
- Du übernimmst die Auditierung von Abrechnungen (Job Control) und das Claims Management
- Du unterstützt und wirkst bei der Erstellung der Monats
- und Jahresabschlüsse mit
- Die enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Fachabteilungen und dem Controlling liegen auch in Deinem Aufgabenbereich
- Du wirkst aktiv an abteilungsbezogenen und -übergreifenden Projekten mit
- Du bist für die Optimierung und Digitalisierung der Prozesse verantwortlich

**Requirements**:
**Dein Profil**:

- Du hast eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Kaufmann für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung
- Idealerweise bringst Du bereits relevante Berufserfahrung mit
- Den versierten Umgang mit den gängigen MS Office Anwendungen sowie gute Kenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch setzen wir voraus
- Du zeichnest Dich durch Deine rasche Auffassungsgabe und Dein analytisches Denkvermögen aus
