The Department

The Country Management Department is responsible for all aspects of the business for their particular region(s). With the CRM team within the department responsible for optimising all stages of the customer lifecycle to ultimately retain the customers for longer, and ensure they are playing in a safe and responsible manner.

Our CRM teams understand what makes our customers tick.

We’re responsible for coming up with innovative ways to engage our customers across multiple brands and products.

Purpose of the role

To work in conjunction with other CRM team members and the overall marketing team, to manage and execute projects and campaigns with the aim to make measurable impact across all stages of the customer lifecycle. This role includes different forms of analysis leading to strategic developments. Any campaign we produce is fully planned, prioritised, executed and analysed.

You will be responsible for:

- Management of key projects and campaigns aimed at engaging, retaining and/or reactivating customers in Germany, Austria and Luxembourg.
- Producing quarterly and monthly promotional plans.
- Liaising with the CRM Managers and other team members to ensure all promotions and communications are setup correctly.
- Various pieces of analysis and reporting of promotions.
- Analyse and summarise large amounts of data to spot trends and patterns.
- Manipulate quantitative data and express as graphs and charts.
- Troubleshooting of issues working closely with the customer support team.
- Customer Segmentation based on, but not exclusively, region, language, customer behaviour.
- Other ad hoc duties required to be undertaken by CRM Managers and further levels of management.

You will have:

- Fluency in German & English (both written and verbal).
- Experience in utilising Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Content Builder, Journey Builder etc).
- Good numerical skills.
- Good Excel skills (V-lookups, Pivot tables etc.).
- Ability to analyse large amounts of data quickly and accurately.

It would be a bonus to have:

- Previous experience working in the Betting industry.
- Strong problem-solving skills in understanding and diagnosing solutions.
